Kenny Likitprakong, Winemaker

After graduating from U.C. Davis and working around various California wineries, Kenny started The Hobo Wine Company and Banyan Wines in 2002, followed by the Folk Machine in 2005. Kenny believes in the possibility for wine to create community, to be history, to tell a story, and to transcend time and place. A former professional skateboarder, Kenny lives in Forestville with his partner Lynn and their two children.

Randall Watkins, Winemaker

Randall grew up on a small vineyard in Sonoma County. His first experience with winemaking and grape-growing was with his wine-garagiste father when Randall was only 10 years old. He has been making wine professionally for the last 16 years in Sonoma, Napa, and Chile; has a master’s degree in enology from UC Davis; and is the consultant winemaker for several boutique wineries. Randall was named Sonoma County Winemaker of the Year in 2005. Currently, he is the consultant winemaker for three up-and-coming small wine brands in addition to crafting Watkins Wines.

Gary Branham, Winemaker

A home winemaker since his college days, Gary enrolled in the Graduate School at U.C. Davis in 1975. Studying Enology and Viticulture afforded an opportunity to work with some of the famous pioneers of California winemaking. Branham Estate Wines began in 1994 with the planting of the Branham Rockpile Vineyard—a ranch Gary purchased in 1989. Once part of the historic Rock Pile Ranch, the land is in one of Sonoma County’s newest AVAs. Gary is dedicated to producing high quality, hand-crafted wines, from estate grown grapes.
